臺北市102學年度國民中學學術性向資賦優異學生參與特殊教育方案鑑定計畫
一、報名資格
101學年度就讀本市國中未設各該類學術性向資優資源班學校之七年級學生，並具備下列條件之一者：
（一）符合『臺北市102學年度國民中學學術性向資賦優異學生參與特殊教育方案鑑定書面審查基準說明』者
（二）依申請鑑定類別，符合下列申請標準：
1. 101學年度第一學期國文科定期評量平均成績達全年級百分等級97以上
2. 101學年度第一學期英語科定期評量平均成績達全年級百分等級97以上
3. 101學年度第一學期數學科或生物科定期評量平均成績達全年級百分等級97以上
二、鑑定通過學生之安置方式與輔導內容
（一）安置方式：
經鑑定通過學生，其安置採特殊教育方案辦理，即安置於原學區學校就讀普通班，由學校及家長研訂資優學生『個別輔導計畫』，後續由學校擬具特殊教育方案申請書、實施計畫，依『臺北市高級中等以下學校申請辦理特殊教育方案及獎補助辦法』向教育局申請經費辦理。
（二）輔導內容：
特殊教育方案輔導內容，以提供諮詢服務為主，另視各校資源得提供部分時間充實課程之教學輔導服務。
校內報名時間：
於102年3月25日（一）至3月29日（五）上午九點至下午四點，逾時不予受理。
填妥相關報名表件，至本校註冊組、特教組核章後，向本校特教組提出報名申請。
